Low Battery / LED Dim blinking

Why can't I open/close my BLE lock when the LED is blinking dimly?

Possible Cause: The issue may be occurring due to a low battery percentage, which can impact the device's performance and functionality.

Solution:
  1. Wake up the lock by pressing the button. If the LED indicator is blinking dimly, this suggests low battery, please proceed to connect the BLE lock to a power bank for temporary power.

  2. Upon connecting, the LED should illuminate with a bright orange light. If the LED does not brighten, try switching to an alternate power source to ensure a sufficient current supply.

  3. Once the LED displays a bright orange color, you may proceed with the open/close operation as usual.

Note: For continued and reliable usage, it is strongly recommended to replace the lock’s internal battery at the earliest convenience.
