ACSYS Mobile App - Failed to connect or Incorrect Access

  1. Verify the user is accessing the lock with the correct serial number.

  1. Go to Reports > Access Points List → Click Generate.

  1. Locate the access point and check the battery percentage.

  1. If low, connect the lock to a jumpstart. Give it a minute for the LED to turn steady orange. If the LED does not glow in orange, try with a different power bank and cable.
