ACSYS Mobile App - Failed to connect or Incorrect Access
- Verify the
user is accessing the lock with the correct serial number.
- Go to Reports
> Access Points List → Click Generate.
- Locate the
access point and check the battery percentage.
- If low,
connect the lock to a jumpstart. Give it a minute for the LED to turn steady
orange. If the LED does not glow in orange, try with a different power bank and
cable.
