Pre-requisite: Determine whether the issue
affects a single user or multiple users.
1. If only one user is affected:
· Ensure the user has a stable
internet connection.
· Confirm the user is entering
the correct Server ID during registration of the mobile app.
2. If multiple users are affected:
· Log in to the server and check
if the ‘AcsysCGSwcfcloud’ service is running. If not, navigate to C:\Acsys
Relay\WCFService and run ‘AcsysCGSwcfcloud’ as Administrator.
· Check if the Server ID appears
in the application window. If not, proceed to the next step.
· Open Services from the Windows
search bar and locate ‘AcsysMobileService’. If it’s not running, continue to
Step 4.
· Start ‘AcsysMobileService’,
then return to the ‘AcsysCGSwcfcloud’ window and verify if the Server ID is now
displayed.
