ACSYS Mobile App - Unlocking or locking failed – ensure shackle position

  1. Possible Causes:

    - Rust in the shackle hole

    - Lock positioned in a way that prevents shackle release

    Steps:

    Ensure the lock is not placed in a congested position.

    Check for rust → Apply WD-40 if needed.
