ACSYS Mobile App - IMEI already registered

  1. Cause: IMEI# already registered under a different user.

  1. Go to System > User Management > Users → Filter the username.

  1. Select the user → Click the ‘^’ symbol → Check the registered IMEI.

If the user has changed phones, update the new IMEI and click Save.
