ACSYS Mobile App - No Access right for the specified site or right has expired

  1.  Log in to iAMS → Action > Access Policies.

  1.  Filter and select the access policy name assigned to the user → Expand Site Selection.

  1. Search for the Site ID and ensure it is selected → Click Save.

  1. Go to System > User Management > User (select the affected user) and verify that the correct Country, Region, and Cluster are selected under Geographical Access.
